HOW ABOUT VISITING PRAIA DO FORTE?

Praia do Forte is beautiful place localted in Mata de São João - Bahia. It has a wonderful ville where you can buy some crafts objects, eat delicious foods at goods restaurants and visit cool places as the Tamar Project.
 Well, "let's visit some of these places".

Tamar Project:

The Tamar project is a Open-air Museum of the Sea Turtle, where you can see and know about some marine animals, mainly the sea turtles.

There you can follow a guiding, watch the puppet show, whatch the feeding of the animals, touch in the stingray and the sharks, visit the Yellow Submarine and buy something in the shop to help some endangered animals.

Sapiranga reserve

The Sapiranga reserve protects its animals. All this area is rainforest where you can watch birds and other animals, do a trail with  natives guides that work there.

When you finish the trail, you’ll find a river where you can take shower and relax with the nature.

In the Sapiranga Reserve, you can jump a tyrolean, go bicycling or go riding.

It’s really a amazing place.

Ruins of Garcia D’Ávila Castel

The Gaircia D’Ávila Castel is a historic place to visit in Praia do Forte.

There you can enter in the Castel with a guide to know about the history of the people lived and work there.

At the Garcia D’Ávila Foundation you can see some ob­jects found by archaeologists.

Garcia D’Ávila Castel is the “fort” where some Portuguese lived there, and it is in front of the beach, for this reason, this amazing place is called Praia do Forte.

Humpback Whale Institute             

The Humpback Whale Institute is a place where you can  see a whale’s skeleton  and  watch some movies about them.

This is a wonderful place.

At the Humpback Whale Institute’s group, from July to November you can wacth the whales, because  it's the period they come to Brazil to have their babies.

 

Beaches:

The beaches of Praia do Forte are really beautiful! They’re good places to go diving, surf, walk and swimming.

In the beach you will find some tents, where you can eat some traditional foods and drinks.

WHAT KIND OF ENGLISH I HAVE TO SPEAK? BRITISH OR AMERICAN ENGLISH?

Well, if we stop to think, all the languages have two ways of speak: the formal and informal way, as in the English Language.
 The English students have some doubts in what kind of English speak, and to help you, I'll try to explain each one.

• The British English is more formal and more easy to understand, because the British people speak slower.

The British English uses more the grammar and the sounds of the words is as themselves.

• The American English isn't as formal as the British. It uses slang and more expressions to speak.

I think the English students need to learn the British English because it's more easy to understand. But I think we have to learn a "little" of the two ways, because of we have more knowledge of the pronounce, it's better to us. 

An example: I try to speak of the twos because maybe the person don't speak the kind of English I speak.

HOW CAN I PRONOUNCE THE WORDS "BETTER, LITTLE, WATER"?

Read and write - Tip of the day!

Read:

In this blog I put many tips, many things I did my life and many things I want to do.
If you are studying English Language to work or for others reasons, you need to read and write too.

It's of course, we know it is really important read, and sometimes when we read we don't know all the means of the words. It's as when we are talking with someone, and his person say:
"In the world there are senven turtles, and four of them live in Bahia".

For you understand an English text you don't need understand all the means of the words, you have to find the keywords, and have a good vocabulary.
For example: In the world there are seven turtles, and four of them live in Bahia.
If you found the keywords and have a good vacabulary, maybe you understood this sentence as:
"In the word there seven turtles and in the Bahia there are four turtles".

Write:

Someone English students don't like to write, but it's writting that we can review our knowledge.

If you don't like to write so much, you need to start writting something you like. I love the English Language, and I write something about it.

Observations: Read and write its easy, but you have to read and write things of your English level, it's more comfortable to you understand.
The your ability to write and read will grow up with the time.
